Welcome to ALA Tulsa – since 1978The Tulsa Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (“ALA Tulsa“) welcomes all ALA members, attorneys, prospective members, business partners, consultants, and others having an interest in the legal management profession.
ALA Tulsa is a Chapter affiliated with the non-profit Association of Legal Administrators, having more than 10,000 members worldwide. The Chapter, chartered in 1978, strives to provide an education and support network to legal management professionals in law firms and corporate law departments in Oklahoma’s Green Country area. We do that by presenting monthly chapter meetings, periodic teleseminars or webinars, through attendance at regional and national education conferences, by hosting an annual Expo (which features our business partners), through community involvement, and at our annual member retreat.
The mission of the Association of Legal Administrators is to promote and enhance the competence of professionalism of all members of the legal management team; improve the quality of management in law firms and other legal service organizations; and represent professional legal management and managers to the legal community and to the community at large.
If ALA membership interests you, please visit “About ALA” on this Website and check out the “Calendar” for a list of scheduled chapter meetings and events.
As a prospective member, you are invited to be our guest at a monthly chapter meeting held at the Summit Club, 6th Street & Boulder Avenue, 31st floor, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month. We are a great group of friends and colleagues who work hard at the tasks set before us in our offices, who have fun at our social events, and who provide valuable service for community projects.
During these challenging business times, I think you will find ALA Tulsa, and all of ALA, to be a valuable resource of legal management information which can supplement your existing knowledge and skills. Feel free to browse this web site, using the provided links to guide you to more information about what the Association of Legal Administrators has to offer you. And then come meet us face to face. I think you’ll be glad you did.
